The hotel is located in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring Ankara and accessing the metro system. It is also close to the embassies, which is a plus for those with diplomatic business. Additionally, the hotel offers a service to claim tax at the airport, saving guests time and hassle. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and tea and coffee maker. The bathrooms are well-stocked with herbal soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. The service provided by the hotel staff is outstanding, with bilingual receptionists who go above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet is impressive and offers a wide variety of options. the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient stay in Ankara.
The wifi connection in the rooms is unreliable and often frustrating to use.

Good location, close to embassies and shopping center. Spa facilities were not satisfactory, jacuzzi and towels were unclean. Room facilities were good. Recommended for short trips. Spacious sauna, lovely terrace in restaurant with nice view. Fresh breakfast. Helpful staff. Well-kept hotel.

The Hotel is fairly new. Rooms are clean and spacious. Open buffet breakfast is delicious. The Hotel is located in an excellent spot and is easy to access. It is a great value for money.
The only draw back is the gym being underground and its lack of ventilation.

Modern, clean, well run.
I endeavoured to book an additional night at 4 days notice and was offered a room at Eu 680 for and Eu76 room. Needles to say I did not accept it!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The restaurant had a nice view. There was good Turkish style breakfast, but also acceptable choices for the less adventurous.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of town. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and a helpful bell staff/porter available. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I especially loved the terrace, which provided stunning views of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The spa and wellness center was a true highlight, with a sauna, jacuzzi, massage services, and a steam room to relax in after a busy day. The garden area added a touch of tranquility to the hotel, and the free Wi-Fi was a convenient bonus.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay in Ankara. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great location very close to the city center. It was easy for us to walk to different restaurants and explore the city. The breakfast was probably the best we had during our trip, and we enjoyed the nice views of the city from the terrace. The staff was professional, well-groomed, and very helpful in all manners. Parking was easy as the hotel had its own parking space. everything was great and we had a perfect check-in and check-out experience.
Nothing, everything was great.

Located in a good area and suited our needs.
Attitude of the front desk staff was variable depending who was on duty. Bed in the room is at the end of it's useful life for this grade of hotel.

Excellent value for money hotel
I recently stayed at a hotel in Ankara and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is relatively new and is well run by friendly and helpful staff. The best part was the amazing breakfast included in the reasonable price. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, and some even had large balconies. The hotel had the perfect formula with no hidden extras or issues with the internet. I had an excellent experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I was positively surprised by the nice interiors and high quality reflected throughout my experience at this hotel. Breakfast was also great.
My recommendation to the hotel is to procure more irons than the single one available + irontables to go along with it.
